Your body is not broken.
 It is misaligned.
Here is how we fix that, for good.

We realign the connective tissue holding your posture in place, so pain resolves for good and not just for an afternoon, even if massage and physical therapy already came up short.

15 minutes. No pressure, no obligation.

Why chronic pain keeps coming back

Most pain treatment chases the symptom instead of the structure causing it, because a joint cannot heal correctly while the fascia around it is still pulling it out of place. Founded by board certified specialists, we work at that structural level so the pain has a reason to stay gone.

The calibration process

A systematic approach to unwinding chronic tension and rebuilding your body’s structural integrity.

Assessment

A complete postural analysis and movement screening so we understand your body at its baseline.

Strategic plan

We build a plan that targets root restrictions rather than temporary symptoms.

The sessions

Hands on fascial release and progressive neuromuscular retraining to unlock bound tissue.

Integration

Locking in the new movement patterns so the relief holds, and so does the freedom to move without thinking about it.

This is not a massage

Where to start

Every path begins with the same first visit. What comes after depends on what we find.

For one stubborn area

The three session series

One session finds where the problem actually lives. Three sessions are what it takes to move it. This is the minimum arc for real, lasting change in a single area, the kind of change that outlasts the last five things you tried.

  • Three sequenced sessions, each building on the last
  • Targets one specific pain point or movement pattern
  • Reassessed between sessions so we know it is working
  • For the pain that keeps almost going away and never quite does

For the full reset

The ten session series

The complete structural overhaul. Ten sequenced sessions that work through your entire fascial system, region by region, so what gets fixed in week two does not get pulled back out of place by week eight.

  • Ten sessions sequenced across your entire structure
  • Each region stabilized before the next is addressed
  • Built on the classic Structural Integration framework
  • The most complete path to permanent, whole body change

Logistics and FAQ

Everything you need to know before starting your calibration in Austin.

Will it hurt?

We work in the therapeutic zone of pressure, around 5 to 7 out of 10. It is never about pushing through pain. If it feels overwhelming, raise your hand and we adjust the pressure immediately.

How long is each session and what is the time commitment?

Each session lasts about 90 minutes to 2 hours, which gives us the time to work deeply without rushing. The Three Session Series is typically spaced about a week apart. The Ten Session Series is spaced 1 to 2 weeks apart and usually completes over a few months.

Which series is right for me?

The First Session is where we start. It is a full assessment plus your first treatment, and it tells us what is actually going on. We give you our honest read after your first session.

How is this different from massage or physical therapy?

Massage often works with symptoms in isolation for temporary relief. Physical therapy addresses rehab for a specific injury. Structural Integration looks at your whole fascial web in gravity.

Where are you located?

We are a private studio serving Austin and the surrounding area, including South Austin, Rollingwood and Sunset Valley. The exact address, parking and entry details are sent to you when you book.

What should I wear?

Comfortable two piece athletic wear is ideal, for example gym shorts with a sports bra or tank top.

What if emotions come up during a session?

Fascia stores physical, emotional and energetic tension. Release can happen on many levels and is completely natural. We hold a safe, judgment free space for whatever unfolds.

What do I do after a session?

Think of each session as a full nervous system reset. Hydrate thoroughly, follow with gentle movement, and create space to rest.
